If the product arrives damaged or in poor condition and you wish to make a return, you have

1.Attach your images when placing your order by clicking "Choose your files."

2.Select 8 or 16 images, your preferred box color, and whether you want it with or without light.

3.We’ll personalize your Box within 4–6 days.

4.If your Box includes light, we’ll add:
 - 1x free charging cable

5.Wood tones and sizes may vary, as each Box is handmade and customized for every customer.

6.The crank used to rotate the images may vary depending on availability (see product images). However, its look and functionality remain the same

We endeavor to dispatch your order promptly upon payment confirmation, but usually it can take 1-2 days or little more.
